We want you to love every item that you purchase from Jupiter If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 21 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges. Merchandise purchased from Jupiter must be return to address provided below. Merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the packing slip provided with the original shipment. You will need to pay for return shipping, but Jupiter Five will ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge. All Jupiter Five special occasion dresses are delivered with an attached dress tag. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your dress before you remove this tag.

Contact Jupiter Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s). Please note that we only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.

Merchandise returned after 21 days will be refunded at the last activity/ sale price or the current selling price, whichever is lower, in the form of a merchandise credit. Please select the "Reason Code for Return" from the list at the bottom left of your packing slip and write the number in the "Return Code" column next to each item.

Final Sale

Gift Card purchases and discounted final sale merchandise are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 Damaged and Defective Items

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase date for a full return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless a merchandise credit is requested. Merchandise credit receipts are not considered original receipts.

You can expect a refund within 30 days of receipt of your returned item(s). Your refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy

- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 80% of the product purchase price, in order to cover the material cost.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
